Provide hands-on functional support for SAP Open Text VIM in an SAP S 4

HANA environment Handle AMS BAU activities including incident resolution troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA enhancements and change requests Support PO and Non-PO invoice processing validation and invoice posting Troubleshoot VIM workflows business rules exceptions Logic Modules DP document processing and error queues Support VIM integration with SAP FI AP General Ledger GL Tax Vendor Master Purchase Orders PO Goods Receipt GR and invoice posting processes Configure and support VIM components including DP Document Types Inbound Channels Business Rules Exception Handling Workflow and Agent Determination Logic Modules Custom Fields and Validations Archive Document Types Work with invoice capture and extraction solutions such as CC4S IC4S IES or ICC Troubleshoot OCR extraction issues invoice data mapping validation errors and document processing failures Support integrations through Email IDoc SAP CPI Ariba and third-party applications Analyze and resolve IDoc failures mapping issues interface errors and document processing failures Perform debugging workflow monitoring log analysis and root cause analysis for production issues Collaborate closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective functional solutions Coordinate with ABAP developers for functional specifications defect resolution and minor enhancements

• SAP Open Text VIM – Strong hands-on experience
• SAP FI
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Experience with CC4S / IC4S / IES / ICC
• Strong understanding of PO and Non-PO invoice processing
• Accounts Payable and invoice posting
• VIM Workflow, Business Rules, Exceptions and Logic Modules
• DP Document Processing
• IDoc and inbound integrations
• Production / AMS support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills

• CC4S 23.x or recent versions
• S/4
  
  HANA migration or upgrade experience
• Fiori Capture Validation
• SAP Ariba integration
• SAP FI/AP, GL, payment processes and F110
• Basic ABAP debugging
• CPI integration experience
• VIM reporting and background job scheduling

• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience
• Strong relevant experience in SAP VIM
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP FI and S/4

• Candidates available immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, 5 days a week.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
