• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and components.
• Hands-on experience with containers and Docker/container technologies.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting containerized applications.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes objects:
  Pods, Deployments, Services, Config Maps, Secrets, Ingress, Name spaces, Stateful Sets.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with command-line troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts is preferred.

• Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, or Open Shift.
• Knowledge of Helm and Kubernetes package management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based support environment.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Implement and support Kubernetes resources such as Pods, Deployments, Services, Config Maps, Secrets, Ingress, and name spaces.
• Troubleshoot pod failures, Crash Loop Back Off , image-pull issues, resource constraints, and deployment failures.
• Support containerized applications using Docker/container technologies.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot container images and container deployments.
• Assist with application onboarding and migration to Kubernetes/container platforms.
• Support upgrades, configuration changes, scaling, and optimization of Kubernetes environments.
• Implement health checks, resource limits, autoscaling, and appropriate deployment configurations.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate operational and support activities.
• Automate repetitive troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, and deployment tasks.
• Create scripts for log analysis, system checks, health checks, and operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Python-based automation tools.
• Integrate scripts with APIs and cloud/container platforms where required.

• Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for Windows administration and automation.
• Automate system administration, monitoring, configuration, and support tasks.
• Troubleshoot Windows-based application and infrastructure issues.
• Create Power Shell scripts for deployment, health checks, log collection, and operational activities.
