As a Senior Technical Architect at Inception, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overarching architecture strategy for our AI-driven initiatives. You will work across teams to align business objectives with technology strategies, drive technical-wide architectural decisions, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain the technical architecture framework to support business objectives and technology strategies.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and frameworks across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for large-scale AI and technology initiatives.
• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
• Mentor and guide architects and technical teams in best practices and innovative solutions.
• Monitor technology trends and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies where applicable.

• Technical Architecture:
  Deep experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Programming and Development:
  Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript, with a focus on technical-level solutions.
• AI and Machine Learning:
  Familiarity with frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and technical AI platforms.
• Cloud Platforms:
  Expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Data Management:
  Advanced knowledge of SQL, No

• Microservices and Integration:
  Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service mesh technologies

• Proven ability to lead technical-scale architectural transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient architectures.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in technical architecture and technology leadership.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, AI-driven solutions.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, system design, and technology strategy.
