HANA Project Manager / Supply Chain Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Materials Management Consultant with deep functional expertise in After-Sales Support, Warranty Management, and Spare Parts Logistics.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our SAP S/4

HANA implementation and post-implementation stabilization/hypercare phases. You will bridge business requirements with system design by configuring inventory, procurement, and service-parts flows to ensure seamless post-sale operations.

• Implementation & Solution Design – After-Sales & Spare Parts
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops for SAP S/4
    
    HANA MM, IM, EWM integration, and Service Parts Management (SPM)
  • Configure core MM & Purchasing for after-sales scenarios: spare parts procurement, reverse logistics, customer returns
  • Design serialized inventory management, equipment tracking, batch management for maintenance & warranty
  • Configure Special Procurement Types, subcontracting for repairs, and third-party repair order processing
• Cross-Functional Integration
  • Drive end-to-end integration between SAP MM and:
    • SD:
      Service orders, spare parts sales orders, returns processing
    • CS/SM & PM:
      Spare parts consumption against service notifications, equipment BOMs, field service kits
    • FI/CO:
      Inventory valuation, material ledger, warranty cost pooling, internal order settlement
• Data Migration & Testing
  • Oversee extraction, cleansing, and loading of master data:
    Material Master, Business Partners/Vendors, Service Parts BOMs, Opening Stock
  • Prepare RICEFW functional specs, test scripts, and execute UT, SIT, UAT
• Post-Implementation & Hypercare Support
  • Drive cutover, stock migration, and opening balance verification during go-live
  • Manage post-go-live after-sales incidents, RCA, and performance tuning
  • Conduct key-user training, build SOPs/process documentation, and enable knowledge transfer

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience:

6+ years hands‑on SAP functional experience

2+ full-lifecycle SAP S/4

HANA implementations – Greenfield or Brownfield

SAP MM:
Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Valuation

Specialized:
Service Parts Management (SPM) / Aftermarket Logistics

Integration: EWM, SD, CS/SM, PM, FI/COS/4

HANA:
Simplifications, Embedded Analytics, Fiori Apps for Procurement/Inventory, Universal Journal

Tools:
Data Migration, RICEFW, Testing

SAP Certified – S/4

HANA Sourcing & Procurement / Materials Management

• Strong stakeholder management & workshop facilitation
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with on‑site business teams and offshore technical teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during go‑live and hypercare
