Pre-Sales Engineer

Solution Design and Proposal DevelopmentDevelop tailored technical solutions that address client requirements while showcasing the company’s capabilities.
Create detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to communicate the value and feasibility of the solution.
Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards.
Technical Presentations and DemonstrationsDeliver engaging and informative technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to clients.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Address client concerns and objections during presentations to build trust and confidence in the solution.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Participate in sales meetings, calls, and negotiations to offer insights on technical feasibility and solution viability.
Provide sales enablement training and materials to enhance the team’s understanding of the company’s products and services.
Proposal and Tender ManagementAssist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other technical bids.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
Ensure that proposals comply with client specifications, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Solution Validation and FeasibilityValidate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions by conducting simulations, tests, or analysis as needed.
Assess risks, dependencies, and potential challenges associated with the implementation of solutions.
Recommend alternative approaches or technologies when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical capabilities.
Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to inform product enhancements or new offerings.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
Industry and Product ExpertiseStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
