Senior Bid Manager

Our client, a leading Systems Integrator, is searching for a Bid / Proposal Manager to lead complex ICT and digital transformation tenders from qualification through submission, clarification, negotiation, and handover.

This is a strong fit for someone who has owned end-to-end bids across RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, formal tenders, BoQs, compliance matrices, commercial proposals, vendor inputs, and multidisciplinary technical submissions
.

You’ll work closely with sales, presales, solution architects, technical teams, finance, legal, procurement, vendors, partners, and delivery teams to produce high-quality, compliant, commercially competitive proposals.

Candidate requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in IT / ICT, bid management, presales, proposal management, or solution development
• Strong understanding of complex ICT solutions across areas such as infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, applications, data, integration, and managed services
• Proven experience managing formal tender processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills in English and Arabic
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools for document analysis, drafting, compliance tracking, or knowledge management — with the judgement to validate and own the final output
• Ability to manage risk, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and final submission quality
