Vice President – Enterprise Back-Office
We’re looking for a senior technology leader to take ownership of the enterprise applications supporting key corporate functions across the business. This role will cover platforms used across Human Capital, Procurement, Legal and Corporate Services, with responsibility for areas including HCM, supply chain, CRM, document management and wider corporate workflow systems. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across these functions to understand business needs, shape the technology roadmap and ensure the application landscape is reliable, well integrated and able to support the organisation as it grows.
What you’ll be doingOwn the strategy and roadmap for enterprise back-office applications across HCM, Procurement, SCM, CRM, document management and corporate productivity platforms.
Manage key software vendors and technology partners, including contract negotiations, licensing, service levels and ongoing performance.
Oversee application governance, including releases, integrations, data privacy, security and record retention.
Work closely with leaders across HR, Procurement, Legal and Corporate Services to improve processes and identify where technology can drive greater efficiency.
Lead and develop application support teams and functional ERP leads, ensuring high levels of service and effective issue resolution.
Support the ongoing modernisation and integration of the wider back-office technology environment.
10+ years' experience managing enterprise application environments, including experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience across Human Capital Management and Supply Chain / Procurement platforms.
A solid understanding of enterprise application life cycles, integrations and large-scale transformation programmes.
Experience managing global software vendors, commercial agreements and service-level commitments.
Good knowledge of IT service management, data privacy and enterprise application governance.
Strong understanding of how technology supports core back-office functions and wider business operations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
