About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to lead the functional ownership, strategy, and continuous evolution of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related workforce technologies. As the HCM Product Owner and functional domain leader, you will be responsible for driving the HCM roadmap, workforce digital transformation initiatives, employee experience enhancements, service excellence, and the delivery of secure, scalable, and business‑focused HR technology solutions.
Working closely with HR leadership, Enterprise Architecture, technical teams, Oracle, and strategic partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of workforce technology across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities HCM Product Ownership & Workforce Transformation- Own and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities, and lifecycle.
- Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and HR Help Desk.
- Prioritize business demand based on workforce value, employee experience, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, Oracle ME, Journeys, Redwood UX, and self‑service capabilities.
- Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases, and changes.
- Ensure operational stability and service quality for critical HR processes, including payroll.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions, functional specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
- Oversee integrations between HCM and Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance, Banking, and third‑party platforms.
- Ensure data quality, interface monitoring, reconciliation processes, reporting, HCM Extracts, and data loading governance.
- Enhance employee experience through self‑service capabilities and workforce enablement solutions.
- Maintain HCM controls, access governance, audit readiness, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
- Lead workshops, solution design discussions, UAT activities, training, adoption initiatives, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Define and monitor product, service, operational, and HR‑related KPIs.
- Measure user adoption, employee experience, business value realization, and workforce outcomes.
