Senior AV​/Network UC Engineer

• Provide L2 / L3 operational support and troubleshooting for enterprise meeting rooms, video conferencing, AV and collaboration systems.
• Support Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams environments, including room devices, meeting connectivity, audio/video quality, content sharing and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot installed AV systems including Q-SYS/QSC, Shure microphones, cameras, speakers, amplifiers, commercial displays, video walls and digital signage.
• Perform proactive room health checks, preventive maintenance, firmware/software upgrades and post-change validation.
• Troubleshoot AV/UC-related network connectivity, VLAN/LAN/WLAN, switching and endpoint connectivity issues.
• Support basic Cisco UC/Voice environments including CUCM, IP phones, voice gateways and SBC connectivity.
• Use monitoring and analytics tools such as Webex Control Hub, Microsoft Teams CQD/Call Analytics and Cisco Thousand Eyes for fault isolation and call-quality troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ITSM tools such as Service Now, coordinating with internal teams and vendors where required.
• Provide technical readiness and on-site support for executive meetings and business-critical events.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise AV, Video Conferencing, Collaboration, Unified Communications or a closely related technical support environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Webex/Room Devices, Microsoft Teams, Q-SYS/QSC, enterprise AV systems and AV networking is preferred
• Exposure to Shure, Samsung/LG displays, digital signage, Cisco CUCM/Voice, Thousand Eyes and similar enterprise platforms will be advantageous.
• Relevant hands-on experience with equivalent enterprise AV/VC/UC technologies is acceptable where the troubleshooting and administration skills are transferable.
