- Drive the full solution lifecycle, covering presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover
. - Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise and government customers.
- Design scalable and secure solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), AIOps, Observability, and AI Platforms
. - Build architectures for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and sovereign environments.
- 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring, Observability, or AIOps platforms
.
- Experience integrating AI, Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, or AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
- APIs & Integrations
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Hybrid Cloud Environments
- High Availability & Scalability
- Strong consulting and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Experience working with large enterprise, government, telecom, financial services, or regulated-sector customers is highly preferred.
