As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you'll play a key role in engineering the employee experience through automation, AI-powered support, identity lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies. You'll help deliver a seamless, AI-enabled environment where employees are productive from day one through automation, self-service, and intelligent tooling.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain automated joiner, mover, and leaver processes using Microsoft Entra, Graph API, and identity lifecycle workflows.
- Develop and enhance AI-powered service desk workflows, automating employee requests and support processes.
- Manage zero-touch device provisioning, application deployment, and workplace automation using Intune and Autopilot.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and corporate SaaS platforms using configuration-as-code principles and automation.
- Deploy and support AI productivity tools, including workplace AI assistants and employee enablement initiatives.
- Develop self-healing automation, telemetry, and monitoring solutions that improve employee experience and reduce manual intervention.
- 5+ years of experience building workplace technology automation, IT automation, or digital workplace engineering solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra , Graph API, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and SaaS administration.
- Experience developing or supporting AI-powered service desks, chatbots, or workplace automation solutions.
- Strong scripting and development experience using Power Shell, Python, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
