Information Technology Support Engineer; UAEN

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Information Technology Support Engineer (UAEN) to join our IT team.

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Assist with user account management, access permissions, password resets, and system access.
• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Record, track, and manage IT support requests through the designated ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment and services.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and organizational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common IT applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
