We have an urgent requirement for SAP Success Factors Testing Specialist in banking domain is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Plan, design, and execute test cases across modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Success Factors Testing Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our HR technology solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases across various Success Factors modules, collaborating with functional consultants, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

• Test Planning:
  Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for Success Factors implementations and upgrades.
• Test Case Design:
  Create and maintain detailed test cases and scripts for modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
• Execution & Validation:
  Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to validate system functionality.
• Defect Management:
  Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and consultants to resolve issues.
• Automation:
  Implement automated testing frameworks where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of test results, defect logs, and testing progress reports.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation).
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with integration testing between Success Factors and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, QTest).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in SAP Success Factors is preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in SAP testing or HR systems testing.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
