Management Information Systems Specialist

Al Hilal Bank is seeking an experienced MIS Specialist to lead the development, automation, and enhancement of enterprise reporting, data analytics, and regulatory reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies, with extensive experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MIS and reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and SQL
  .
• Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI
  .
• Automate business processes through Power Automate and Power Apps
  .
• Support data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Support regulatory and management reporting initiatives.
• Leverage cloud-based data solutions and modern analytics platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Databricks
• SQL
• Power BI
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros.
• Experience in data warehousing, ETL, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data, MIS, reporting, and analytics technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of DAX and Python
  .
• Banking and financial services experience.
• Exposure to Regulatory Reporting and Supervisory Technology (Sup Tech).
• Understanding of data governance and regulatory requirements within banking.
