The role is responsible for implementing AI, automation, and data analytics solutions to improve business efficiency, decision-making, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and secure AI usage.
Key Responsibilities- Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions and maintain AI use-case tracking.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows, reports, dashboards, templates, and analytical solutions.
- Analyze business data to support forecasting, performance monitoring, cost analysis, and decision-making.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate and traceable.
- Develop prompt libraries, AI templates, and workflow documentation.
- Support AI tool adoption through user training and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for AI integrations, security, and process improvements.
- Monitor AI solutions, measure benefits, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business analysis, automation, or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power Automate, APIs, or automation tools is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, finance, or operational analytics is an advantage.
- AI solutions design and business process improvement.
- Data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and security practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong documentation, communication, and training skills.
- Attention to accuracy, validation, and continuous improvement.
