IT Support Officer

The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across AKL and EBL, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and business systems while supporting the Digital Manager in maintaining IT infrastructure and security.

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email access, and user permissions.
• Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.
• Support network, servers, backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity activities.
• Maintain IT hardware, software licenses, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate IT procurement, repairs, and vendor support.
• Assist with ERP, business systems, documentation, and IT audits.
• Support new system implementations and employee onboarding.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and multi-site environments is an advantage.
