Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Implementation Lead to join our technology and enterprise systems team on a 1-year extendable contract basis in Abu Dhabi. In this critical technical leadership and architecture role, you will provide end-to-end ownership of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, acting as the single technical authority for planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

As the Salesforce Tech Lead / Implementation Lead in Abu Dhabi, you will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for driving our digitalization mandate and embedding Salesforce as the single source of truth for event management, stakeholder engagement, and operational reporting. Your daily responsibilities will encompass designing complex Flows, Screen Flows, Apex triggers/classes, REST/SOAP API integrations, data modeling patterns, and Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement / Pardot) strategies.

You will oversee agile project delivery, manage stakeholders, ensure strict adherence to UAE data residency and NESA compliance, and mentor technical teams.

• Provide end-to-end architectural ownership and technical governance for the enterprise Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
• Act as the single technical authority for planning, solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Drive digitalization mandates by establishing Salesforce as the single source of truth for event management and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and build advanced Salesforce customizations utilizing Flows, Screen Flows, Apex, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Formulate and execute Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement / Pardot) strategies, campaign architectures, and Einstein Activity Capture.
• Architect robust data models, external , upsert patterns, and AI feature enablement protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE data residency mandates, NESA compliance standards, and architecture-level security designs.
• Lead agile project delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑functional engineering team coordination.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, timeline ownership, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Author comprehensive architecture blueprints, technical specification documents, data dictionaries, and deployment runbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in CRM implementation, enterprise event management, and digital transformation.
• Active Salesforce Certification as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Deep hands‑on technical proficiency in Flows, Screen Flows, Apex programming, and REST/SOAP API integration architecture.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement / Pardot), campaign architecture, and Einstein Activity Capture.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, external , upsert patterns, and Salesforce AI feature enablement.
• Proven experience designing secure architectures aligned with regional data residency and NESA compliance standards.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, agile project leadership, and executive communication capabilities.
• Mandatory residency/work authorization:
  Locally available candidates in the UAE are preferred.

• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Platform Developer II.
• Prior professional experience managing large‑scale CRM transformations within government or enterprise organizations in the UAE/GCC.
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX, Copado, Gearset).
• Immediate availability for professional mobilization in Abu Dhabi.
