Position Summary:
IDC Technologies is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and strategic AI Change & Adoption Professional with 5 to 10 years of professional transformation experience to join our team on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with an immediate to 15-day notice period. In this specialized digital transformation role, you will spearhead driving enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and generative AI (GenAI) adoption, change management frameworks, and governance structures.
You will work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional business units, and technical engineering squads to facilitate AI advocacy, community building, comprehensive training workshops, and value realization tracking. Ideal candidates bring a robust academic background in business administration or information technology, deep expertise in digital transformation change methodologies, and immediate availability for deployment in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
As an AI Change & Adoption Professional at IDC Technologies in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full ownership of orchestrating enterprise-wide change management strategies to accelerate the adoption and integration of emerging artificial intelligence solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass developing GenAI adoption roadmaps, establishing AI advocate and ambassador networks, and designing targeted training programs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. You will identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, track adoption metrics through executive dashboards, and measure long-term value realization.
Working in a fast-paced client environment, you will bridge the gap between technical AI development teams and business end-users, ensuring smooth cultural transition, active user participation, and stringent alignment with enterprise governance standards.
- Drive enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and generative AI (GenAI) adoption and change management strategies.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation and change management programmes across complex organizational structures.
- Establish, nurture, and coordinate internal AI advocate, community, and ambassador networks to champion adoption.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, enablement workshops, and interactive engagement sessions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business units in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track adoption metrics, utilization rates, and value realization through executive reporting dashboards and KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve adoption friction, and foster a culture of data-driven innovation.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, data science, and IT leadership teams in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure strict adherence to enterprise AI governance policies, ethical standards, and data security frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
- Strong, proven expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) adoption strategies and change methodologies.
- Extensive experience leading programme management, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, public speaking, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven track record establishing advocacy networks, training programs, and user engagement frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities in tracking adoption metrics, value realization, and reporting dashboards.
