Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (or serving notice).

Mandatory: Valid passport & willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast‑paced airline environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.

• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide executive‑level status reporting.
• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
• Excellent ownership, execution, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
