SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant– Project ; S​/HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Ideal candidates should hold self-sponsored UAE visa. Work permit will be provided.

• Should be willing to work on-site based in Abu Dhabi.

Provide hands-on SAP Success Factors functional expertise for ALFAHIM Group's HR transformation program. The consultant will configure and validate assigned Success Factors modules, support end-to-end implementation delivery, and act as the company-side HR Design Authority representative to assure the quality and suitability of the implementation partner's work.

The role will bridge HR process owners, Payroll, IT and the implementation partner, ensuring that decisions balance SAP standard capabilities, company policies, employee experience, regulatory requirements and operational needs. The consultant will facilitate and document agreed resolutions and support the project from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

• SAP Solution Leadership & Architecture – Lead end-to-end techno-functional solution definition across assigned SAP work streams; challenge proposed designs, ensure cross-module integrity, enforce SAP best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable and fit for business purpose.
• End-to-End Implementation Delivery – Own senior-level involvement across requirements, discovery, fit-gap, solution design, configuration oversight, development coordination, data migration, System integration test, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and stabilization, ensuring deliverables meet approved scope, quality and timelines.
• Business Process Transformation – Partner with senior business stakeholders and process owners to redesign processes, identify standardization and automation opportunities, minimize unnecessary customization and translate business requirements into effective SAP-enabled operating models.
• Integration, Data & Technical Governance – Lead functional-technical integration discussions covering SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party interfaces, APIs, middleware, data migration, master data and reporting; review integration and technical specifications and ensure dependencies and data flows are properly governed.
• Program Stakeholder & Partner Leadership – Act as a senior escalation point between business, IT, implementation partners and vendors; review partner deliverables, challenge estimates and solutions, drive issue resolution, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear recommendations to program leadership.
• Quality, Governance & Knowledge Transfer – Establish and maintain solution documentation, design decisions, testing standards, cutover readiness and knowledge-transfer activities; ensure sustainable handover to internal support teams and continuous improvement after go-live.

• Employee Central: Foundation objects, legal entities, business units, departments, locations, job structures, position management, workflows, events/reasons, employee lifecycle and HR master data.
• Time and Payroll Integration: Time-off/time-sheet requirements and integration with payroll, Finance and third-party services; support payroll validation and reconciliation where included in scope.
• Talent Modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation and Learning, according to the approved program scope.
• Security and Workflows: Role-Based Permissions, approval workflows, delegated access, privacy, auditability and segregation of responsibilities.
