In this role, you'll work closely with analytics leads and business partners to solve strategic challenges using advanced tools and techniques. What You'll Do:Partner with analytics managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes, and actionable insights
Build compelling visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex findings
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in analytical workflows
Share best practices and support junior analysts by mentoring and documenting methods
Become a go-to expert in a core area of analytics, helping drive capability across the team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field3+ years' experience in data analysis or BISkilled in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python), with strong visualization and storytelling abilities
Strong communication skills to work across diverse teams
