Service Now Senior Technical Consultant - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Service Now Technical Consultant with strong, end-to-end platform expertise and hands-on experience delivering Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. This tole for someone who blends deep technical capability with the ability to translate complex HR operational needs into scalable, enterprise-grade Service Now implementations. You will play a key role in shaping legal service transformation while contributing broadly across the Service Now ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the technical delivery of Service Now HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and knowledge experiences.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design secure, efficient, and compliant HR service workflows.
- Configure and develop HRSD components using best practices across scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform automation.
- Provide technical leadership across HRSD work streams, ensuring alignment with governance standards and architectural guidelines.
- Support integrations between Service Now and HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Success Factors, and other enterprise platforms.
- Conduct technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews to validate requirements and guide implementation decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging new HRSD capabilities and platform enhancements.
- Support UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, data models, and workflow designs.
- Stay current with Service Now roadmap updates, particularly advancements within the HRSD product line.
Skills:
- 7+ years of experience implementing Service Now HRSD, including configuration of HR Case Management, lifecycle events, and employee experience workflows.
- Strong technical proficiency across the Service Now platform, including JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise governance and data privacy requirements.
- Experience integrating Service Now with HRIS platforms and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery models.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Service Now certifications preferred.
