Digital Transformation Manager Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and technology-driven Digital Transformation Manager to lead initiatives that improve business efficiency, customer experience, operational agility, and digital capabilities. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage technology, data, automation, and digital solutions to support business growth and organizational transformation.
Key responsibilitiesAssessing existing business processes, identifying digitalization opportunities, developing transformation roadmaps, and coordinating the implementation of digital initiatives across functions. The role will collaborate closely with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to define requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and solutions. The Digital Transformation Manager will also monitor project progress, evaluate business impact, establish performance indicators, manage transformation-related risks, and prepare reports for management.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical ability, stakeholder engagement, and a practical understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled business models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions. Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI, automation, data analytics, CRM, ERP, and digital platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management, workflow, or business intelligence tools. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and a continuous improvement orientation. Highly organized, adaptable, innovative, and results-focused. Strong ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new technologies.
