- Install configure and maintain computers servers networks and IT equipment
- Monitor network and system performance
- and resolve technical issues Provide hardware and software support

- Manage IT hardware and software inventory Coordinate with vendors service providers and external IT support teams
- Support Microsoft 365 email systems cloud services and collaboration tools
- where applicable Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures
- Assist with data backup disaster recovery and business continuity activities Set up IT systems for new employees offices and projects
- Train users on IT systems and cybersecurity best practices Evaluate new technologies and recommend IT improvements and upgrades
- Maintain compliance with company IT policies security standards and applicable regulations
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance records for management
- Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software, and security systems while providing technical support to users and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
