As an Informatica ETL Developer at 3i Infotech in Abu Dhabi, you will hold comprehensive technical responsibility for enterprise data integration workflows, high-throughput batch transformations, and complex data pipeline architectures. Operating at the vital intersection of data modeling and operational data delivery, you will partner closely with Data Modelers, Data Architects, database administrators, and business stakeholders to translate complex business rules into robust, high-performance data warehousing solutions.

Your core technical scope encompasses developing and optimizing advanced Informatica Power Center mappings, sessions, and workflows, alongside tuning intricate SQL queries to maximize data throughput and minimize latency. You will actively manage data extraction from heterogeneous source systems, implement error handling and audit logging frameworks, and diagnose performance bottlenecks across large-scale relational databases and data repositories. Furthermore, you will take full ownership of production data load SLAs, troubleshoot root causes of job failures, provide Tier-3 BAU operational support, and uphold rigorous data engineering documentation and governance best practices.

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, robust enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Informatica Power Center.
• Execute complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) routines from disparate and heterogeneous source systems into target data warehouses.
• Collaborate actively with Data Modelers and Data Architects to design and refine high-performance relational and dimensional data models.
• Optimize and fine-tune complex SQL queries, database indexing, and data staging schemas to maximize retrieval throughput and reduce processing latency.
• Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting for complex pipeline bottlenecks, data discrepancies, and workflow failures.
• Ensure strict compliance with business data load SLAs and provide proactive Tier-3 support for smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) data operations.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, data mapping specifications, source-to-target dictionaries, and operational runbooks.
• Enforce and uphold enterprise data governance standards, data engineering best practices, code quality audits, and version control procedures.
