Project Manager Technical Lead

We're hiring:
Project Manager – Technical Lead | Syspos | Dubai, UAESyspos is a UAE-based cloud POS and payments platform powering F&B, retail, and hospitality merchants.

We're looking for a Project Manager – Technical Lead to own our client deployments and integration projects end to end, and to lead the technical team that delivers them.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide the technical implementation team, setting technical direction, reviewing work, and solving escalated issues
• Run multiple client projects at once, from scoping and solution design to go-live and handover
• Design technical solutions for client requirements, including system setup, data migration, and integrations
• Own integration projects with payment providers, delivery aggregators, ERP/accounting systems, and hardware vendors
• Work closely with the development team on client-specific features, APIs, and bug resolution
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
• Run UAT, sign off go-lives, and build documentation and standards for future rollouts

• 5+ years in technical project delivery, with at least 2 years leading a technical team
• Strong hands-on technical background: APIs, integrations, cloud systems, databases, and POS hardware/networking
• Experience in POS, payments, SaaS, or hospitality/retail technology
• Able to go deep on a technical problem and still manage the client and the timeline
• Comfortable with project tools such as Jira, Click Up, or similar
• UAE/GCC experience preferred;
  Arabic and English is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
