• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Admin or relevant role in a similar environment.
• Expertise in Windows/Linux/OS X environments, office software, and networking tools.
• Strong knowledge of security, storage, and data protection best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
