Oracle SCM Fusion Functional – Principal Specialist​/Solution Architect UAE

Position Summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Oracle SCM Fusion Functional – Principal Specialist / Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years of comprehensive Oracle supply chain management experience to join our client delivery team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this specialized Oracle ERP architecture and functional leadership role, you will spearhead designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across complex enterprise environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional business analysts, technical developers, and executive client stakeholders to drive end-to-end Fusion implementations, architect scalable supply chain modules, and deliver transformative business outcomes. Ideal candidates bring a strong academic background in engineering or supply chain management, deep practical mastery of Oracle Fusion SCM suites across a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations, and immediate or short-notice availability for deployment in Abu Dhabi.

As an Oracle SCM Fusion Functional – Principal Specialist / Solution Architect at Mastek in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full ownership of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass leading solution design workshops, configuring Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning), mapping business processes to standard Oracle best practices, and overseeing end-to-end implementation life cycles.

You will guide technical integration teams, manage data migrations, resolve complex functional bottlenecks, and ensure seamless alignment between corporate strategy and ERP execution. Working in a fast-paced global consulting environment welcoming international applicants, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and ensure rigorous quality assurance across all project phases.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM solution architecture, design, and functional implementation across enterprise accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive business blueprint workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap-fit analyses for SCM modules.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
• Translate complex supply chain operational needs into robust, scalable Oracle Fusion solution architectures.
• Oversee data migration strategies, conversion mapping, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide tier-3 functional leadership and expert guidance to cross-functional technical development and integration teams.
• Collaborate closely with C-level client executives, business process owners, and project directors in Abu Dhabi.
• Troubleshoot complex functional anomalies, configure system workflows, and optimize SCM operational processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to project delivery milestones, budgetary constraints, and enterprise governance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional IT consulting experience specializing in Oracle SCM applications.
• Proven implementation track record with a minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects.
• Deep functional expertise across core Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning).
• Strong understanding of enterprise supply chain business processes, inventory control, procurement cycles, and manufacturing.
