We are seeking a SAP S/4
HANA Project Manager who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This role is key to leading the successful execution of SAP S/4
HANA projects and work streams, translating complex business requirements into actionable delivery plans while ensuring strong governance across timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically leading SAP S/4
HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield, or RISE with SAP).Deep understanding of SAP Activate Methodology paired with hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Proven track record managing full lifecycle global/nearshore delivery teams and sub-contractors.
Solid understanding of core S/4
HANA functional streams (Finance/FICO, Supply Chain, MM, SD) and technical components (SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite).
PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.
SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager (SAP Activate).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Proficiency in Jira
, Confluence
, MS Project
, and SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.Strong financial acumen for tracking P&L, burn rates, and project margins.
Servant Leader & Facilitator: Empowers delivery pods, removes friction, and fosters an open, high-trust team environment.
Client-Oriented Negotiator: Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to balance client satisfaction with project profitability.
Adaptable & AI-Forward: Eager to adopt AI and modern automation tooling to reinvent traditional ERP implementation workflows.
