Key Responsibilities *
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Core Banking product capabilities.
- Configure and implement solutions across:
- Loans and Deposits
- Islamic Financing
- CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements.
- Knowledge on Integration Tech stack, Micro Services Architecture

- CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements.
- Knowledge on Integration Tech stack, Micro Services Architecture
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Work closely with development teams on:
- PL/SQL development
- Batch processing
- Reports and customization frameworks
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements.
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Oracle FLEXCUBE best practices.
- Experience in implementation of Core Banking Solution
* Oracle FLEXCUBE Expertise Strong Hands-on Experience In
- FLEXCUBE Core Banking
- CASA Module
- Loans and Deposits
- Limits and Collateral Management
- Core module
- Accounting and GL Integration
- End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) processing
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Data migration and reconciliation
