We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees and maintaining the company’s IT systems and equipment.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
- Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts, and other software
- Maintain IT equipment and keep records of company devices
- Assist with basic network and system administration
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues promptly
- Perform regular system updates and basic maintenance
- Maintain data security and follow company IT policies
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT support is preferred
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred
