Position:
Technology Delivery Lead –Capital Markets
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead – Capital Markets to lead the technology strategy,architecture, and end-to-end delivery of platforms supporting Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) .
The role requires strong experience in technology delivery, Agile/Dev Ops, stakeholder management, vendor management, and capital markets platforms within a banking or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end technology roadmap and delivery for Capital Markets platforms.
- Lead Agile and Dev Ops delivery practices and buildhigh-performing autonomous teams.
- Manage delivery plans, budgets, vendors, resources, risks,timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Product and Delivery teams on scope, schedule,priorities, and execution.
- Architect and enhance ECM/DCM solutions covering dealmanagement, sales, investor management, book building, and settlement.
- Drive adoption of cloud, automation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, SDLC, and technology governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and delivery teams.
- Strong technology leadership experience within Banking,Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services .
- Hands-on understanding of ECM and/or DCM technology platforms .
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs andend-to-end delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, SDLC, cloud technologies,architecture, and cybersecurity .
- Experience in vendor, budget, resource, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering technology platforms supporting Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading,Securities, or Treasury environments.
