Geographic Systems Officer

- Provide technical support to users of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and applications in response to service requests, including the installation and relocation of devices, equipment, and connected peripherals.
- Update external customer mailing lists and distribute administrative notifications, service interruption notices, and other related communications.
- Maintain and update the asset database for all devices, computers, and vehicles used by department employees in accordance with the standards provided by the Property Management Department.
- Prepare and update installation guides for GIS software, desktop applications, and specialized geospatial applications.
- Provide technical support for Network Places and ArcGIS systems as requested for the implementation of new services or modifications to existing procedures, in accordance with established workflows and operating procedures.
