IT Specialist/System Administrator

A well‑established international group of companies based in Dubai is looking for a skilled IT Specialist / System Administrator to manage and support all IT operations across the group. The ideal candidate must have relevant IT qualifications and 3 to 6 years of hands‑on system administration experience within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality.
- Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP, HRM, CSM, and other departmental applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and IT procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of UAE experience as a System Administrator / IT Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software systems (ERP / HRM / CRM, Finance & Accounting systems, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to support multiple companies within the group.
