We are seeking an experienced Hub Spot Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, optimisation, and governance of our client's global Hub Spot platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business process knowledge to ensure Hub Spot becomes the central platform for managing customer relationships, sales pipeline management, marketing automation, customer service interactions, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Own the overall architecture and design of Colart's Hub Spot environment.
- Define best practices for configuration, security, governance, and scalability.
- Design CRM data structures including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects and Associations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Leadership teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Hub Spot solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations with ERP, eCommerce, BI and enterprise systems.
- Lead CRM implementation projects and enhancement initiatives.
- Manage third-party Hub Spot partners and consultants.
- Configure and maintain Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
- Build and manage pipelines, workflows, forms, campaigns, lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.
- Implement governance processes to ensure platform consistency.
- Manage permissions, security and data ownership models.
- Design integrations with Infor M3 ERP, Shopify, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, PIM and WMS platforms.
- Develop API integration standards and data synchronisation strategies.
- Define master data ownership and governance processes.
- Support middleware and integration technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hub Spot experience.
- Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
- Strong CRM architecture and solution design experience.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks and Enterprise Integration patterns.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within global organisations.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Experience with Infor M3 ERP.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and Shopify.
