The Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering and maintaining commercial and financial technology solutions that support ADNOC Group 's business processes and digital operations. Working across business functions and technical teams, the position involves assessing existing systems, defining solution requirements, coordinating application development, and managing technology enhancements throughout the system lifecycle. An important part of the assignment is ensuring that new and existing applications comply with enterprise architecture, information security, integration, and service delivery standards.
KeyAccountabilities
- - Engage with commercial and financial process owners to identify technology requirements and evaluate opportunities for improving business applications.
- - Develop feasibility studies, business cases, requests for proposals, and proof-of-concept assessments for proposed digital solutions.
- - Review vendor proposals and technical documentation to evaluate solution suitability, architectural compatibility, and cybersecurity compliance.
- - Prepare high-level solution designs and architecture specifications for new applications and enhancements.
- - Translate business requirements into functional specifications covering transactions, reporting, workflows, and system processes.
- - Conduct impact assessments to identify dependencies between applications and maintain consistency across integrated enterprise systems.
- - Evaluate application and data architecture against established enterprise architecture principles.
- - Coordinate with information security specialists to develop and apply relevant technology policies and guidelines.
- - Review digital projects for compliance with architectural standards, security controls, and governance requirements.
- - Research technology management practices and maintain internal documentation of applicable standards.
- - Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for critical information systems.
- - Identify improvements in application architecture that strengthen integration, data accessibility, and operational reliability.
- - Lead commercial and financial application development projects while managing scope, schedules, costs, quality, resources, and delivery risks.
- - Coordinate software development activities according to approved project management methodologies.
- - Oversee solution configuration, technical integration, testing, and implementation.
- - Develop and execute testing plans with internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
- - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and document findings before production deployment.
- - Verify that completed solutions meet functional requirements and established quality assurance standards.
- - Monitor project progress and report delivery performance, resource utilization, and cost information to digital solutions management.
- - Manage the delivery and support of business-critical commercial and financial applications.
- - Provide technical assistance for existing ERP platforms and enterprise application environments.
- - Assess packaged software solutions for compatibility with business requirements and existing processes.
- - Coordinate interfaces between applications to maintain information availability, integrity, and service continuity.
