- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, internet, Wi-Fi, and application-related issues.
- Create, configure, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Support Active Directory and user account administration.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, drivers, and security patches
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity problems.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripheral devices.
- Monitor and respond to IT help-desk tickets and service requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to system, network, or security teams when required.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Assist with data backup, recovery, and basic IT security procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and user information.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs and technical support.
- Provide users with guidance on IT systems, applications, cybersecurity, and best practices.
- Ensure IT equipment and systems are maintained according to company policies and security requirements.
