Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA Finance, FI/CO transformation, implementation, migration and BAU support . The role will support finance transformation initiatives, including ECC to S/4
HANA migration, while managing the existing SAP Finance BAU landscape.
- 5–7+ years of SAP Finance –
FI/CO - 2–3+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4
HANA Finance implementation/transformation - Experience with ECC to S/4
HANA migration/transformation - Strong SAP Finance BAU support experience
- Hands‑on SAP Finance configuration and implementation
- Strong SAP S/4
HANA Finance & Controlling knowledge - SAP SD–FI integration – Mandatory
- SAP S/4
HANA Finance (FI/CO) certification – Mandatory - Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, reporting and reconciliation
- Knowledge of financial compliance and IFRS requirements
- Support SAP ECC to S/4
HANA Finance transformation and migration. - Configure and implement SAP FI/CO solutions.
- Provide BAU support and resolve Finance‑related issues.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Work on GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Fund Management, PS and other FI functionalities.
- Support integration with SD, MM, HR, PS and other SAP modules.
- Lead/support unit, integration, system and UAT testing.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and SAP Finance optimization.
- Support compliance, audit and financial reporting requirements.
- SAP Fiori for Finance
- SAP S/4
HANA Migration Cockpit / SAP Data Services - Aviation, airline, travel or transportation industry experience
- UAE/international financial compliance exposure
- Experience handling both S/4
HANA transformation and ongoing BAU support
Important: This is an Abu Dhabi onsite role, 5 days a week . Candidates must be willing and ready to relocate and have a valid passport.
