• Supervise spatial data for geographic statistics to incorporate into documents and reports
• Supervise to Create maps and graphs, using GIS software and related equipment.
• Supervise Linear Referencing task.
• Supervise Right of Way Asset capturing task
• Coordinate with Town Planning staff for LiDAR survey
• Adequate Knowledge of FME safe software.
• Adequate Knowledge of ArcGIS & Geo Media software.
• Knowledge of LIDAR data processing and feature extraction
• Coordinate with AACM and attend all required meetings
• Prepare and finalize all required GIS reports
• Supervise Design and update database, applying additional knowledge of spatial feature representations.
• Supervise Analyze geographic relationships among varying types of data.
• Prepare metadata and other documentation.
• Supervise Operate and maintain GIS system hardware, software, plotter, digitizer, color printer and video camera.
• Present information to the Department and answer questions.

• Master's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on spatial data analysis.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in GIS, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Professional GIS certification (e.g., GISP or ESRI Technical Certification) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
• Experience in a leadership role within industries such as urban planning, environmental science, or transportation.
• Preference for candidates with experience in international projects or organizations, promoting a diverse perspective.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders from technical experts to executives.
