A leading bank project in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect – Core Banking with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design. This urgent opportunity is intended for senior technology professionals with 12–15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across solution architecture, system integration, technical assessments, optimization, and modernization initiatives. The role requires strong hands‑on knowledge of Oracle Database, Web Logic, REST, SOAP, APIs, ESB, Kafka, and enterprise integration
, along with experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross‑functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities- Lead solution architecture for Core Banking implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Conduct technical assessments and architecture reviews.
- Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, ESB, and Kafka.
- Work with Oracle Database architecture, data models, and performance tuning.
- Support Web Logic‑based enterprise application environments.
- Lead technical optimization and modernization initiatives.
- Manage technical dependencies and architectural risks across banking projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional technology teams.
- Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communication and architecture governance.
- Support project planning, technical decisions, risk management, and dependency management.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business and banking requirements.
- 12–15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design
