• Design and develop blockchain-based applications, platforms, and decentralized solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on suitable blockchain networks.
• Build decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3-enabled services.
• Develop secure and efficient blockchain architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate blockchain networks with existing enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain Web3 APIs, backend services, and blockchain integration layers.
• Work with wallets, token standards, blockchain nodes, and decentralized protocols.
• Implement smart contracts using technologies such as Solidity or other relevant blockchain languages.
• Conduct smart-contract testing, debugging, optimization, and deployment activities.
• Analyze gas consumption, transaction performance, scalability, and network costs.
• Implement appropriate security controls to protect smart contracts, applications, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate blockchain-specific security risks.
• Conduct code reviews and support vulnerability assessments for blockchain applications.
• Develop automated tests for smart contracts, APIs, integrations, and blockchain applications.
• Monitor blockchain applications, transaction activity, system performance, and infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, smart-contract issues, integration errors, and performance problems.
• Support blockchain node deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance where required.
• Evaluate Layer 1, Layer 2, sidechain, and other blockchain technologies for potential use cases.
• Research emerging Web3 protocols, decentralized technologies, tokenization models, and blockchain development frameworks.
• Assess blockchain solutions based on scalability, security, performance, cost, interoperability, and business value.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical Web3 solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of tokenized products, digital assets, decentralized services, or blockchain-enabled workflows where applicable.
• Develop technical documentation covering architecture, smart contracts, APIs, deployment procedures, and operational processes.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, sprint activities, and development discussions.
• Work with Dev Ops and Cloud teams to establish reliable blockchain development and deployment environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts and blockchain applications.
• Support integration with Web3 wallets, identity solutions, payment systems, and external blockchain services.
• Analyze blockchain data and transaction activity to support product and operational insights.
• Ensure blockchain applications follow established development, security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Blockchain Development, Web3 Engineering, Smart Contract Development, or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications.
• Hands-on experience developing smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent blockchain programming languages.
• Experience with Ethereum or other relevant blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, wallets, tokens, decentralized protocols, and blockchain transactions.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, Web3 APIs, and backend services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, Python, Go, Rust, or other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, ethers.js, web
  3.js, or similar tools.
• Understanding of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or equivalent standards.
• Experience with blockchain testing, debugging, deployment, and smart-contract optimization.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts, digital signatures, hashing, and key management.
• Knowledge of blockchain security risks, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and secure development practices.
