An organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support technology delivery within the banking domain. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with 8–10 years of experience in Agile and Scrum environments, with strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing delivery teams, and removing project impediments.
The successful candidate will coordinate Agile squads across Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Testing teams. The role requires practical experience across SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare, along with an understanding of Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage Agile squads and support effective sprint delivery.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments and blockers.
- Coordinate across Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Testing teams.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Support delivery planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, product stakeholders, and business teams.
- Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage Agile delivery information and documentation.
- Support API, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-related delivery activities.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
- 8–10 years of professional experience
, preferably within Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong experience facilitating Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven experience managing Agile squads and removing delivery impediments.
- Experience coordinating Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Testing teams.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
- Good understanding of Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar Core Banking platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and dependencies.
- CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
