Enterprise Data Modeler – Industry & Government Reference Models

We are looking for highly experienced Enterprise Data Modelers to support a large-scale Abu Dhabi government data readiness programme. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in enterprise data modeling and hands‑on experience adapting industry‑specific and government reference data models.
Key Responsibilities:- Design enterprise, conceptual, logical, canonical, and physical data models.
- Adapt established industry and government reference models to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct data modeling workshops with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams.
- Establish enterprise-wide data modeling standards, naming conventions, and reusable modeling patterns.
- Align data models with data governance, metadata management, master data, and data quality frameworks.
- Maintain data model documentation, lineage, and business glossary mappings.
- Review data models developed by junior team members and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience in data modeling, including significant enterprise-level modeling experience.
- Hands‑on experience with at least two industry reference models, such as ACORD, IBM Information Framework, FIBO, TM Forum SID, or HL7 FHIR.
- Proficiency in enterprise modeling tools such as erwin, ER/Studio, SAP Power Designer, or Sparx Enterprise Architect.
