Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for integration initiatives.
Prepare API specifications, interface requirement documents, process flows, data mappings, and system integration designs.
Work closely with business teams, Product Owner, architects, and developers to define integration requirements and acceptance criteria.
Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts for new integrations, enhancements, and platform changes.
Support API, messaging, event-streaming, and middleware solution design activities.
Define data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation requirements.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and support root cause analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with integration governance, security, and architecture standards.

5-8 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as TIBCO, Mule Soft, Kafka, API Gateway, or similar technologies.
Good understanding core banking business processes.
Knowledge of data mapping, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and system interface design.
Experience working on digital banking, payments, channels, or core banking transformation programmes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or OCI) and Agile delivery methodologies.
