Lead and manage sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform.
Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and system optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for solution delivery.
Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Support capacity planning, EOD optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure successful delivery of initiatives within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *12-15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design.
Good understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in retail and corporate banking domains is preferred.
