- Act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE within the Integration Platform Squad.
- Define and validate integration requirements between FLEXCUBE and channels, payment systems, finance, risk, and external applications.
- Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design by providing FLEXCUBE business process, service, and data model expertise.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, and integration mapping activities.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and development teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, production readiness, and defect resolution activities.
- Ensure solutions adhere to FLEXCUBE best practices and banking operational requirements.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas *- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, Lending, Customer Information, Payments, and Trade Finance.
- Good understanding of FLEXCUBE APIs, messaging interfaces, database structures, and integration frameworks.
- Experience working on system integrations, middleware platforms, and digital banking ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in core banking transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
