Legal Solutions Project Manager

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions applications and technology initiatives Partner with lawyers business stakeholders Product Managers and Engineers to define project scope objectives timelines and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business and user requirements Manage project plans milestones dependencies budgets risks and issue resolution across multiple work streams Facilitate stakeholder workshops requirements gathering sessions status updates and governance meetings Support pilot programs user acceptance testing rollout activities and adoption initiatives Track and report project progress benefits realization risks and opportunities to leadership stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes governance and change management practices Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with security compliance risk and responsible AI requirements

• Experience managing technology legal technology AI digital transformation or business process projects within a law firm professional services or corporate environment Strong project management expertise including planning resource coordination risk management and stakeholder communications Understanding of legal workflows legal operations knowledge management or professional services delivery models Experience working with software development product and engineering teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent communication facilitation presentation and organizational skills Experience supporting technology adoption change management and user engagement activities PMP Prince2 Agile Scrum or equivalent project management certification is desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Azure AI legal AI platforms document automation or knowledge management solutions Understanding of responsible AI information governance privacy and regulatory considerations Experience managing technology, legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or business process projects within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
  
  Strong project management expertise, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications. Understanding of legal workflows, legal operations, knowledge management, or professional services delivery models. Experience working with software development, product, and engineering teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  
  Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, and user engagement activities. PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, legal AI platforms, document automation, or knowledge management solutions. Understanding of responsible AI, information governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
