Responsible for delivering digital workplace initiatives that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Digital Workplace projects involving collaboration, productivity, endpoint, and employee experience technologies.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure, security, applications, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive adoption, change management, testing, rollout, and transition to operations.
Prepare project dashboards and regular management updates.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PRINCEdemonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation or workplace technology.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital workplace projects in a corporate environment.
