- The O365 EUC Engineer provides L2 L3 engineering support and administration for Microsoft 365 and End User Computing platforms across a large enterprise environment This role involves managing Microsoft 365 services handling escalations and supporting tenant health and platform automation
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online SharePoint Online One Drive and Teams
- Manage Microsoft Entra identity licensing Conditional Access groups and hybrid directory synchronization
- Configure and manage Microsoft Teams including policies meetings calling and Teams Rooms
- Handle L3 escalations related to Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity platforms
- Perform Microsoft 365 administration and bulk operations using Power Shell
- 5 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / EUC / Collaboration Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive and Teams. Strong knowledge of Entra / Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity. Experience with Power Shell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
