Head of Technology Resilience / Technology Resilience Lead
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract: 12 Months - Extendable
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Resilience
Lead to lead the organization's technology resilience, disaster recovery, and operational continuity strategy within a large-scale Oil & Gas environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide Technology Resilience and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Lead operational resilience, crisis management, and technology recovery programs.
- Ensure critical technology services, infrastructure, and applications can withstand and recover from disruptions.
- Conduct resilience assessments, DR testing, and recovery exercises.
- Collaborate with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Business stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities.
- Drive compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Resilience, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, IT Risk, or Business Continuity.
- Strong experience within large enterprises, preferably Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in resilience strategy, crisis management, and recovery planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
